It feels like a house with how much space there is but even with such close neighbors, it’s still comfortable and very minimal noise. That staff have been so sweet and communicative. We are loving it

|Recommended: YesGreat Environment — Beautiful grounds and exceptional staff. There are some areas in the apartment where the molding doesn’t touch the floor and painting touch ups are quite noticeable. Multiple dips and humps throughout the laminate flooring.

|Recommended: YesAn amazing place to live — My husband and I moved in recently and are more than happy with our decision with this apartment. The staff are amazingly friendly, and are very open to helping whenever and wherever they can. The neighborhood is really nice, and everyone seems very kind. Everything about the complex is clean and well kept. The distance away from everything is amazing, we’re in a more quite part of town but only 5 minutes from a Walmart, right across from Costco and 10 minutes from the mall. We can’t hear any of our neighbors as we are on the third floor but unfortunately we have been informed by our downstairs neighbor that he can hear us. The only other downside is parking. The night of new years we had to drive around the neighborhood in circles until someone left for us to get a spot in general, not even looking for one close to our apartment. I think one assigned spot per complex would be amazing. But other than that everything is going so smoothly. We plan on staying here until the housing market cools off, and will definitely let our friends and family know how great the community is.

2. the quality of construction gets a four-star review only because squeaky floors and resultant noise is caused by the plywood underflooring not being nailed down properly.
3. This problem can be solved over time as carpets are replaced by having a carpenter finish nailing down the plywood underflooring before laying the new carpet.
